Purpose of the service
Research Exchange provides research discovery, abstracts and editorially governed research records. Inclusion in the library does not certify findings, constitute independent peer review or create an endorsement of any author.
Reader conduct
Readers may use the library for lawful research, subject to each paper’s rights and licenses. No one may impersonate another researcher, scrape the service abusively, bypass access controls or misrepresent a publication’s review status.
Submission responsibilities
Submitters must provide accurate authorship, affiliation and rights information. They must not upload confidential, defamatory, infringing or unlawfully obtained materials. Co-author permission must be obtained where applicable.
Editorial decisions
Research Exchange may screen, decline, correct, or withdraw records in accordance with documented editorial standards. A public posting does not guarantee permanent access to full text.
Service availability and liability
Availability may change and documents may contain errors. Decisions based on research should be independently verified. Final disclaimers, liability provisions, user remedies and governing law require professional legal review.
